Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions – Before using Oludeniz Weddings you are required to fully read and accept the Terms and Conditions listed below. A copy of these Terms and Conditions must be signed as accepted by the client at the time of deposit payment in order to secure a booking. By accepting these Terms and Conditions the client enters into an agreement with Oludeniz Weddings. The date of the agreement will be the date on which these Terms and Conditions are signed and a deposit is paid.
Oludeniz Weddings hereinafter referred to as ‘the company’ is an affiliate of EZMEN TOURISM.
The couple marrying or renewing vows and the wedding guests are hereinafter referred to as ‘the guests’.
The person or persons booking the wedding or vow renewal are hereinafter referred to as ‘the client’.
The ceremony, reception or ceremony and reception is hereinafter referred to as ‘the event’.
The details of what is included in the event is hereinafter referred to as ‘the package’.
Event packages – The company offers the event plan as a package and none of the services can be provided separately unless agreed upon in contract by the client and the company. While there is some flexibility for addition or removal of services prior to booking, only some services may be swapped for other services after the time of booking. All prices are that of a package and at no time will a breakdown of costs be supplied. All services provided within are standard and any changes or additions to the agreed wedding package will incur extra cost and are subject to availability. Prices quoted are based on adult guests unless otherwise specified.
Children 4-11years are priced 50% of adult cost (up to a maximum of 6, extras charged at adult rate); 0-3years are FREE (up to a maximum of 6) and 12 years and over are classed as adults.
Please note: during High Season (May-September) limited service reductions are permitted from the standard website packages.
Legal paperwork – The company accepts no responsibility for errors or typing mistakes within any official documentation given to the company by the client or guests.
The sourcing and validity of UK national’s legal documents is the responsibility of the client or the guests. All legal documents must be true, correct, current and be validated by the company at least 45 days prior to the event and made available to the company at all times upon request. (Refer to Legal Requirements page on the website.) No responsibility will be taken or correspondence entered into for any event that cannot be supplied due to the client’s or guests’ provision of incorrect or illegal paperwork. Provision of any services for non-UK citizens will be at the discretion of the company.
Beverages – Beverages are not included as standard within packages and will be priced separately unless otherwise agreed within the package. Prices will be subject to change and will be those quoted by the venues and at the discretion of third party suppliers. All accounts for beverages MUST be settled directly by the client with the venue on the day of the event.
Beverage packages – Beverage packages are available at selected venues for a fixed 4hr period, to include unlimited local spirits, house wines, beer, soft drinks and water. The price for the standard beverage package starts at £35/adult, £20/aged 12-17, £12/aged 4-11 (current for 2022-23 season) and must be booked at time of booking the event.
A beverage package may be added AFTER the time of booking at a cost of £38/adult or £22/aged 12-17, £14/aged 4-11. Should a beverage package be added after the time of booking, email confirmation must be advised to email@example.com up to 2 weeks prior to the event (20% deposit is required). All subsequent payments will be confirmed in writing and a new letter of confirmation issued.
Alcohol will not be served to those under the age of 18 years, those aged 18 and over will be required to wear a wristband (supplied on the day) for the duration of the beverage package service.
Beverages and food brought in from outside – No food or beverages may be brought in from outside a venue for consumption on the premises during any event without first obtaining the permission of the company. The company reserves the right to confiscate any food or beverages found on the premises and demand payment, or corkage, in cash from the client or guest/s.
Meals – All event menus are current at time of print but may be subject to change dependent on availability of local produce and dishes at the time of the event. The client’s chosen menus will be delivered wherever possible and where a certain dish or menu is not available, the closest available dish or menu will be supplied by the contracted venue.
Allergies –The client and/or guests are responsible for informing the company of any food allergies as soon as known, or at latest, at the pre-wedding meeting. All details must be provided in writing and the company cannot be held responsible for any failure on the part of the client and or guests to do so.
Cakes – Wedding cakes are standard 3-tier sponge (choice of vanilla, chocolate or lemon). Our cake designs and decorations include fresh flowers, piped icing and ribbons. If a particular ornament or decoration is required that is not available in Turkey the items should be provided by the client. ‘Choice of design’ includes standard cake designs and complicated designs may incur an extra cost.
Decorations –Standard décor to be chosen from available items (updated annually). If the company cannot supply a required colour or style of fabric or decoration, the required item should be supplied to the company by the client at the pre-wedding meeting. If any extra decorations are required to be purchased by the supplier they will be charged at an additional cost if not previously agreed within the package. Decorations as specified within the company’s packages are standard and include:
Ceremony: Decorated wedding gazebo or floral wedding arch (dependent upon venue), registry table or lectern with floral decor (dependent upon venue) and sashed aisle chair seating for all guests.
Reception: Decoration of top table & guest tables with candles & tea lights in addition to a centrepiece flower arrangement on the top table only (unless otherwise specified). Sashed seating for all guests.
Flowers – The company will endeavour to provide the flowers of choice and colour agreed at the time of booking, however final flower delivery will be subject to seasonal selection and colour availability at the time of the wedding. Where the agreed flower selection is not available the company will endeavour to provide the best closest option.
Entertainment –The live music option offered within packages is standard and consists of local musicians playing a selection of classic and contemporary music. Any extra or alternative music requirements will be subject to availability and incur an additional cost. Prices will be subject to those quoted by any third party supplier at the time of the event. Any additional AV or lighting requirements will be subject to availability and incur an additional cost. CD music is offered as complimentary within all packages.
Hairdressing & makeup – Standard hairdressing services are included within the packages for the bride and up to 2 bridesmaids on the day of the event. The services include styling only and any additional hair services (e.g. colour or cutting) will be at an additional cost and priced at the discretion of the hairdresser. Standard event day makeup is also included within the packages for the bride and up to 2 bridesmaids. Upgrades to MAC & Arbonne products will incur an extra cost and priced at the discretion of the beauty salon. Any additional beauty services required (e.g. pedicure, manicure, facials) will be at additional cost and priced at the discretion of the beauty salon. Hair & make up trials can be booked, and will be at an additional cost and priced at the discretion of the salon. All additional costs will be made available upon request prior to the appointment.
Extra services & accommodation – All our packages are standard and include only those services specified therein. All costs for additional items such as accommodation, flights and transfers are additional. These quotes will be provided separately by the individual operators and not priced within the package. Accommodation seen on this website is suggested only and must be booked directly with the individual properties. Please note that the company is not responsible for any accommodation or flights booked with third parties.
Order of events – Timing for the event will be at the discretion of the company and for all advertised packages is based on the time of sunset unless otherwise agreed during or prior to the pre-wedding meeting. The company reserves the right to change the timing within the Order of Events subject to adverse weather conditions or any other conditions outside their control.
Photography & videography – All photographs are sized 13cm x 18cm and either matt or glossy, unless otherwise agreed within the package. The photographer will endeavour to deliver the best quality with regards to colour balance and colour matching but cannot guarantee exact matching. Any retouching and artist finishing is available as an optional extra. Any re-orders after the included 50 prints will be treated as an extension to the package and will incur extra cost. The photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The photographers’ judgements regarding the locations, poses and number of photographs shall be deemed correct. The company reserves the right to display any photographs on their wedding websites and/or professional social media pages (due discretion will be used).
Venues – Clients and guests are required to abide by the terms and conditions of all event venues. Payments for food & beverages additional to the package must be settled directly by the client or guests on the day of the event. The client or guests will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of damages caused to any part of the venue premises or equipment therein caused by negligence, wilful act or fault of any person invited to the venue on their behalf. In the case of a change of ownership/management of any venue or, for reasons out of the company’s control, a venue is unavailable for the date of the event, the company reserves the right to provide a replacement venue of similar standard.
Transport – Transport provided on the event day is specified within all the packages. A bridal car is provided using a standard sedan with basic decoration. Transport will be provided for bridal party only unless otherwise agreed within the package. (NB: Transport includes to and from the Fethiye resort area of Oludeniz, Ovacik/Hisaronu, Çalis and Fethiye centre). Use of third party suppliers for non-standard vehicles such as limousine services will incur extra costs. No responsibility will be taken for extra transport not agreed upon within the package. Any delays caused by the guests not being at specified pick-up points at specified times will not be the responsibility of the company. Events cannot be delayed to wait for late arrivals.
Duty of care – A parent or responsible adult must be available at all times to exercise responsible supervision of any children under the age of 16.
Responsible adult – In order not to disturb the couple during the event day, the company should be provided with the name of a responsible adult who may be approached at any time to discuss any issues.
Anti-social behaviour – The company reserves the right to ask a guest to leave an event if he/she is causing a disturbance or is behaving in an unacceptable or antisocial manner.
Late arrival or postponement – Late arrival at or postponement of an event caused by changes to flights or travel plans made by the guests or a travel provider may incur additional costs dependent on availability of the registrar, the company and its associated third party suppliers.
Change of date – Date changes after the confirmed booking will be subject to availability and the discretion of the company.
Change of venue – Should the client/guests request a change of venue after arrival in Turkey, the company will endeavour to meet requests subject to availability of third party suppliers. Any extra costs will be extra to the agreed package price.
Prices – All prices were correct at time of going to print. The payable package price will be the price the package is offered at the time of booking. Initial payments (deposits) are non-refundable and calculated under our payment terms. Any administration fees quoted are correct at time of booking but are subject to change without notice. Fees charged will be those applicable at the time of the event.
Change of numbers – An increase in guest numbers can usually be accommodated and will be charged on a per-person basis. The additional per-person cost is quoted on original quotes and confirmation letters. Should numbers decrease, the company offers a refund for a maximum 15% reduction in adult numbers. The refundable rate is at a fixed cost per head (dependent on the venue) based on meal cost only.
Provisional bookings – Provisional bookings will be held for a period of one week following the emailing of a full quote. Payment of a deposit and agreement to these terms and conditions immediately secures a booking.

• Balance is due 1 month prior to the event date
• Payment is accepted by
– Debit Visa or Mastercard (2% fee)
– Visa or Mastercard credit card (2% fee)
– Bank transfer (no fee)
Credit card payments must be accompanied by a completed Payment Form, forwarded on request, and a photocopy of the card holder’s passport and front & back of the credit card used.
All payments are made to Ezmen Tourism.
Cancellation charges – In event of cancellation the following percentage of the total event cost is payable:
Up to 1 month after payment of deposit 12.5%
1 to 24 months prior to the event date 20%
Less than 1 month prior to the event date 100%
Force majeure – The company will not be held responsible for any act of God or any extraordinary, unavoidable catastrophes or events directly out of its control necessitating the postponement or cancellation of the event including but not limited to problematic weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, government actions, war and acts of terrorism. Deposits are non-refundable however, wherever possible, postponements of up to two years will be permitted subject to availability. In the case of postponement in a force majeure situation, the number of guests may be reduced by up to 40% (based on adult numbers) with a minimum package price of that for 20 guests. The package price will be adjusted at a fixed cost per head (dependent on the venue) based on meal cost only.
Complaints – In the case of a complaint with regards to the company, the matter must be raised with the management of the company at the time and an immediate resolution will be sought. In the case of a complaint against a service provider, this will be directed to the individual company for resolution. Third party suppliers are carefully chosen as having shown a proven history of delivering a high standard.
NB: The company will not be held responsible for any grievances aired publicly or privately following an event that has not previously been addressed with the company. All complaints must be dealt with directly with the company and prior to the guests’/client’s post event departure from Turkey. The company reserves the right to fully refund payment at any time prior to the event, should it become apparent that the company is unable to fulfil any specific requirements.
