Booking And Payment


To make a booking, please contact us directly via email or contact form (or via WhatsApp with your email contact details). Prior to booking, we will email you an outline of your wedding package plus formal quote, including the total cost.

To secure your booking, a 20% deposit of the total wedding cost is required to secure the date and venue. The balance is due one (1) month prior to the wedding date. No further payments are required until then!

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and dates are not held without deposit payment.

A confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail address upon receipt of deposit.

Payment Options:

Credit or Debit Cards are accepted (Visa or Mastercard 2% charge) or Electronic Bank transfer in GBP (please ask for our bank details).

For all card payments, we will send you a Card Authorisation form to complete and return a signed scanned copy via email, which is required to secure your booking, along with confirmation that you have read our T&Cs.

All payments are made payable to “Ezmen Tourism” and will be fully receipted with a formal Confirmation Letter. 

Cancellation policy:

The following amount (of the total cost of the wedding) will be payable in the event of cancellation:

0 – 1 month (of booking) 12.5%

1 to 24 months prior to the wedding date 20%

Less than 1 month prior to the wedding date 100%
